I am not sure of his dosage. But he swears by it.

I've been using Dextromethorphan for two or more years.
I use 60 mg twice a day.
Up till recently I used DexAlone- 30 mg gelcaps, #30 for $14., but the
company stopped making it, so now it needs to be compounded so costs $50.
