I would go to your local tv station and see if they will help do a story on it. I live in a much smaller community, but our local tv station does a series called "on your side" in which the people of the community contact the station and report issues and they actually go out and do the interviews of the people who are causing the issue and try to get it straightened out. It would be worth a try. Does your local paper have a "letter to the editor" section. I would try that too. You may find more disabled people that are getting the same type of run around.
