I have found that to prevent rash I coat my area everywhere down there with old fashion calamine lotion. I dry it with my hair dryer' takes a second. Use gloves as not to get it on your hands. Its cheap and my Dr. told me pravo for being resourceful. The ointments in prescription can be very expensive. Hope this help someone with this minissing problem. Love yall Rick
