Well, we went to Mexico for the first two weeks of Feb. then spent the last week with my brothers and sisters on the Oregon Coast. When I got back and settled I had lost the link to all of you. I think my computer just got too full!
I've been having a lot of issues and pain and spasms with the inner temperature changes from my chest down (T4 level down) and the TM 'band' has been hurting more than normal but other than that, I'm fine as sunshine!!! Jack and I are building a walking trail (guess who is doing most of the work??!!) around our property. Now I'm regularly doing water therapy in the hot tub which has been exceptional.
