Yes, I can relate also. I have Crohn's disease, and this is a regular routine for me. I thought Crohn's was terrible, until I got TM. Fortunately, I haven't had many problems with my Crohn's disease since TM reared its ugly head. I guess the good Lord know, I cannot deal with both of these at the same time. Naomi
