Prealt mimics the venom molecule of the Conus magus sea snail. It is not regulated as an opioid, good news if it works. It is delivered via intrathecal pump. They do not, of course, know how it works.
Anyone on this and any comments on it if you are? The pain clinic offered this as an alternative to narcotics and for its potential effectiveness on central nerve pain.
