The cold makes me spastic as well. I hate living where I am, the winters are 
LONG and COLD! Winter starts in early November and ends in late April. Our Fall 
is wet and damp, another thing that makes me spastics and so is our Spring! You 
just can't win!! LOL

Ken,
The cold air really bothers me too.  That is 
why in the winter I stay pretty much inside.  Just go from car to store to 
house.  Cold causes spasms and the muscles just 'freeze' up. 
Hope you stay warm now.  I guess that even in 
NM it gets cold.
