Janice I saw my neuro last week and he said the same thing. He admitted that he has NEVER had any kind of flu shot and will not have any now. He mentioned that in the middle 70's when we had a big outbreak of flu, they rushed a flu vaccine on the market and there were many, many cases of guinea barre (sp) from the flu shots, with many needing a ventilator. I do know that with TM you are more prone to complications, so needless to say, I will NOT be getting kind of flue shots. I guess that is a decision we all have to make with the advice from our doctor.
