Jeff, This issue is addressed in some of the areas on the Transverse Myelitis Association Forum. From some of the information there I know that some have been able to use medications ie: Viagara etc.
There is a man named Rick Hansen here in Canada. He is known as The Man in Motion. He is a paraplegic and about 25 years or so ago he wheelchaired around the world. I know that he also married and had a family. So I'm sure that there is help for men with these questions and issues. Have you discussed these questions with your doctor?
