Ampyra is the same drug that I was on...that drug was a compound drug called 4-Amenopyridine which is a potassium channel blocker....the Ampyra is the same drug but it is not componded and you can get it thru any pharmacy. It should help the banding feeling as well as the pins and needles. After I see how my body reacts to Lyrica and Neurontin I may still try the Ampyra... Rob in New Jersey
