Thank youHi Rob, I now take 2400 mg of Gabapentin (generic of Neurontin as I understand). I take 600mg each at 7 am, noon, 5pm, 10pm. Or every 5 hours depending on when I take my first morning dose. For the first 2 years with TM I took 3200mg per day but cut back about 5 years ago. When I cut back my thinking was a little less foggy. I would like to try cutting back yet again and see if I could tolerate a little more pain.
I also take 40 mg of Baclofen (4 divided doses of 10mg each) And I take 4 mg of Zanaflex before bed. I have never heard of using a combination of Lyrica and Neurontin. Let us know how it works.
