Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I have had my pump for a few years now. It works very well to control the spasms without the "brain fog" I got from taking the baclofen orally. At this point it is regulated well enough that I only have to get it filled twice a year because they were able to use a stronger concentration of the baclofen. The only draw backs for me are the distance I have to travel to get it filled and the cost. With my insurance copay it still ends up costing me about $900 every six months.
