LOL! Was wondering if anyone was gonna pick up on this. The phrase was coined by a friend's hubby (who is NOT an accountant). And, yes, it's a way of saying channel surfing. Next time you're channel surfing, do so quickly, only pausing for the briefest of seconds on each channel...the sounds you'll hear sound a lot like "eep-opp-oop". Should you fear it?
