Hey!
It just hit me like a ton of bricks! Since The Beatles are a
lot like them Turtle guys we discuss all the time, I can keep this
on-topic! Paul McCartney, or as we think of him as the
Leonardo-type, turned a milestone of 60 today! Just think, in four
years, we can start singing "When I'm Sixty-Four" to him.
lol! Hope he and his new bride, Heather, are doing fine and
have a very happy life together. Okay....bye!

heh...well, *I* knew it was McCartney's Birthday, and yeah, I was thinking
about the TMNT/Beatles paralleles today. One good obsession deserves
another. (The entire essay is up on my website)
Actually, I
was thinking about how lives turn out in the end. We know E & L
originally planned to take Dave Sim's lead (Cerebus) and follow their
characters lives through to their deaths.
So now check this out; the story thus
far:
Leonardo
remains the last one actually practicing the "art".
Raphael
is shot dead by a madman outside his home in NYC.
Donatello too young dies of brain cancer.
Michaelangelo tries his hand at acting, winds up playing The Little
Conductor on Shining Time Station, getting drunk daily til he joins
