I had a dream kinda like yours and KNB's awhile back, except I was by myself driving around the hallways of the Hoosier Dome (our city's football stadium) in my Beemer. Why, I don't know! My car had all four flat tires, and the front in was all bashed in, but it still kept rolling! Then I was suddenly going onto the interstate and I didn't have my glasses on. I couldn't see very well and I was crashing into barriers and all kinds of orange constuction zones. But I still kept going, feeling like I just had to get somewhere before I was too late.
