~Ok, we have five judges now, and I think that's a good number, so thank you everyone for stepping up to the plate!       The basic idea is a hybrid/ cross offspring of one of the TMNT and a likely partner either from a fan fic or one of the Official Universes.         I'm ok with a Splinter hybrid, but that's it. Either one of the Turtles or Splinter. No Fugitoid babies. No Bebop babies. <shudder>               Info page forthcoming by this afternoon.
