Sounds to me like the Klez virus, which takes 2 email addresses from an infected computer's address book and makes one of them the From address and the other the To address. Whoever has the infected computer which sent that virus must have both Shredder and you in their address book. Actually, any email sent from [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], or [EMAIL PROTECTED] must be forged, because those addresses only forward email and are impossible to send from.
