I got three of those notices that said I didn't win the Leo Statue.... My sisters also signed up for the drawing, so I should have them check their e-mails. Unfortunately, there was a teenage "emo" guy and his girlfriend at the booth while I was there... Both of them also signed up... I say unfortunate though, because his comments went like this:
EMO GUY: OH... Ninja Turtles, I remember them... But I thought the guy with the daggers was the one wearing red?? VENDOR: If you recall, in the original series, they ALL wore "rust" colored masks. Do you wanna sign up to win one? EMO GUY: OK.... In a related, but OT note, I got another e-mail from Entertainment Earth telling me that my Dark Angel action figures had SHIPPED!!!! Wooo... I can't believe that they actually went ahead and made them after the show was cancelled! Ugh... came out ot almost 50 bucks for only two figures though. Oh Well... They're staying MOC. I kept an eye out for the TMNT toys today, but didn't see any. Going to TRU tomorrow though (to get my sister a giant Tenderheart bear), so maybe they'll have em there? -Mikey QM
