I agree Brina... You know what? This Shredder kind of reminds me of the Shredder from
the Archie series. That was the most human/bad guy version of him since Mirage. Even
in Mirage, it was all about revenge. In Archie, it was a lust for power. But he still
managed to maintain honor... the most human side of him, refer to issues 23-25 of
TMNTA. Gah... this new series is blowing my mind.

Also, Brina, thanks for sticking up for the VAs... never underestimate the power of a
voice actor!!

Now then, since so many of you despise this new theme song (I have no problems with
it, but even my boss doesn't like it!), what would you have it sound like?

Is there a particular artist, band, or music style you would rather hear it as?

Personally, I would have preferred an established pop band (and I mean pop in the
Euro-rock sort of way... not boy band, Britney) .... For instance, Bis. They perform
the closing theme song to PowerPuff Girls, the theme to Ninja High School, and some
really awesome music. High energy, electronica with a punk sound. Very awesome.

How about Nerf Herder? The band who wrote the theme to Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Very
cool too. I'm also very partial to the writing styles of Stephen Trask. He writes
awesome alternative pop/punk music that you can rock out to.

These bands are just a few who would have had my vote for creating a theme song for
the TMNT. How about you?
