I'm VERY pissed right now!
I taped my local Fox affiliate (WFLD) here
in the Chicagoland area, from 9:30-10, because that channel and time were listed
on the Fox Kids web site. Well, guess what? I powered up the VCR just now and lo
and behold I got an infomercial! I couldn't believe it, so I went to the WFLD
web site and looked at their listing and found out they carry NONE of the Fox
morning kids shows, just paid advertising! How lame is that?!
Upon further
investigation, I found out that Fox Box programming is carried by the local UPN
affiliate, which means that I can get the show here in Chicago. Unfortunately,
it gets TERRIBLE reception here at school so I will have to try to tape it at
home and pray my parents don't turn on the VCR (since it needs to be powered off
to do timed programming). Plus I missed the first show!
