Like 'em all, but current cartoon, Mirage & Archie have the edge. First encounter with the TMNT? Ran into them in the sewers of New York.... Ok, here goes. Ended up with a copy of Adolescent Radioactive Black Belt Hamsters, got into that series. Read the letter columns and saw references to that and decided to try it. Issue #12 of the original Mirage run. Started collecting then. Was a fan before the cartoon, toys & movie blitz of the late 80s/early 90s. How did you find the TMNT on-line community? Found the TMNT newsgroup, saw a reference to TMNT-L made by Shredder and joined th list. How long on this list? Since July of 1996. I've seen TMNT-L on at least 3 different servers as well as various incarnations of the infamous "List in Limbo". Other favorite fandoms? Well, currently on mailing lists for Hogan's Heroes, Swatkats, Krofft, Kids from C.A.P.E.R. (listens to the masses asking WHO?), Thundercats, Mighty Ducks. Also interest in Beatles, Monkees, 1970's, Jack the Ripper, Salem (Massachusetts), taphophilia, and more if my brain was awake enough to think about it. Other stuff you like to do? See above. Been known to write, draw, paint sweatshirts, decorate cakes and master Punjitsu & Deskitsu. Introvert or extrovert? I consider myself an Introvert...coworkers consider me an Extrovert. Philanthrope or misanthrope? Never tried filling a thrope before and since I don't know where mine is, I guess I'm missing my thrope, would that mean the 2nd choice? Currently Kevin Eastman. Got a sweatshirt with Peter Laird, Dan Berger & Jim Lawson's autographs/drawings on it...need Kevin's. If you could hang out with the TMNT for a day where would you go and what would you do? - Anywhere that was out of the sewers <G>.
