Good theories, both. But the quote about never having killed off as big a character makes me think those two might not be big enough. I would think killing Shredder was at least as important as killing Karai, considering their importance in the Turtles' lives and that they hold pretty much the same positions. It'd even likely have the same repercussions. As for Robyn ... admittedly I haven't read the latest issues, but is she really that important? Sister of a main character... I'd think April is more likely.
Actually I think it'd be quite interesting if it was Splinter. Talk about a major character! But instead of yakking about it I'm interested in what anyone else thinks, if this is even a possibility.
