update...
Hey those are good
pics! I don't know TurtleTiger either. THat person has wonderful
drawings tho. Heh, the name TurtleTiger, kinda reminds me of
HorseTurtle's name. Also Brina, good job on your photo manip of Leo and
GW. Lucky GW! You're really getting good at that
Brina! There should be an institute for photo manipping, it
truley is an art, :-D Yeah I am pretty good a photo
manipping too. I suppose if that's what you want for your mag. Jet, I
could give you some of that. Or just some of my fanart
maybe.
Thanks, Lisaaaa, and HT, for your comments on my
manip! Really, I do these photos because I know none of us
will get a chance to meet any of the guys like that! Er, that is, I've
heard sad tales of the movie costumes being literally taken apart and sold in
auctions. *weeps* There's still one intact, a full Donatello
costume from 3, but it costs $16,000! So, it doesn't hurt to make
these pictures and I also enjoy doing them. But, GW, could ya
pleeeeeease change the pic to the darker one? I can't stop staring at
the blue ink under his chin! Or am I the only one who sees my own
flaws? 8-)
Since the list is quiet,
I'll show my latest piece too. I just recently did a drawing of Raph vs
Spiderman. I wish I could say the Spiderman was an original, but it's
not. I drew and colored Spidey by looking out of old
coloring book I have. But hey at least I didn't trace him! And the
Raph I drew completely from memory. Funny, tho I wasn't intending it, it
kinda looks like the new FoxBox Raph.
Lisardo
Hey, that is AWESOME, gal! I really like that!
Yeah, I can see FB parts of Raph in there and Spidey looks totally
great! But, hey, they're both heroes. Shouldn't they be fighting
together instead of with each other? Maybe Spidey P.O'd Raph or vice
versa! ;) Anyhow, I'm quite impressed with it. Heh, tracing
seems to have become a bad thing. lol! They used to have coloring
books with tracing paper in them. Nothing to be ashamed about, it was
how I started to draw! Later on, I was determined to do it my own way
and got rid of the tracing paper. I started with humans, ugh, very
tough, before doing toons. From memory is even better, that's what art
companies want in their artists more than anything! To have the talent
and to have a good memory of what you're working with.
