Turtle spotting...and question

Today, I got dragged into going to a big flea-market with my family.  It was no big deal, but my family has the habit of either picking on each other to the point that they are annoying to everyone around them, or they blow up at each other and the car ride home is total silence.  So in other words I was looking foreward to a "wonderful" day at the Roger's Ohio flea-market.
Now to the turtle sighting, just when I thought I was going to pick up a dulled object and ram it in my eye from my dad's behavior, I found myself staring into the brown eyes of a gigantic Leonardo.  I swear I didn't even look at the price, I just handed the guy money, got my change, and walked away with the biggest grin on my face.
Now I need help, on the way home my brother decides to get into an arguement with me on whether or not the Leo I bought is a toy from the third movie.  He's about 15 inches high, has spots of yellow and black freckled on him, and has a copyright from 1992.  So could this Leo be a promotional toy for the third movie?  All help to identify this Leo is appreciated, especially since I'm trying to prove to my brother it is from the third movie.
