Yep, he's the one and only LeS! What hadn't a last fall, is that
someone posted some new sketchies from his Whet Paper Bag site at the
Technodrome. So he traced all the new the hits to this forum, popped
in to say Hi to see what's going on, and he's been posting cool little
updates and stuff for us there ever since. ^^

I also read a really lengthy interview in a comic art how-to mag I
picked up at the Motor City Comic con on Pat Lee, called Sketch. This
one was issue #18. Aside from the Transformer comics, Pat also went
into great detail on how Dreamwave operates, what it's like to work
there, and oter cool comic pointers like that. I learned that they
often try to work way ahead of schedule just to make sure they meet all
the deadlines and publishing dates so the comics keep on coming out on
a timely monthly schedule. Pat urges many of his artists there to do
at least four comic book pages a day! O.o

But yeah.... speaking of interviews, I noticed Neil has his DW
interview up at NTN now too. Go check it out. I thought it was an
interesting read too. The bit about how the pencilers draw everything
on an 8.5x11 page, and then blow it up to 11x17 on a light board for
inking was also a cool technique Pat mentioned in the Sketch interview
too. Interesting... I don't think I can draw that small! More power
to them! ;D
