How can you explain a dream when it keeps hopping from scene to scene?  I'm going a little nuts trying to figure out what in the world was going on in my poor head last night!  There was one scene with the TMNT and it wasn't really them in true form, er, that is, I saw them as something else!  I might add this to my forever-growing dream list, but for now, I'll just share snippets right here.  Brace yourself, it's WEIRD!

First off, I noticed a very strong obsession with strawberries.  I remember going to some stranger's house that looked right out of the 50's show, "Leave it to Beaver."  The family was modern, though, a little elderly but very nice to welcome a confused kid like myself.  I was looking for something when I approached their door while the wife was getting into a mini-van, ready to go grocery shopping.  She said something about making manicotti for dinner and the husband took me inside to have a look around.  The furniture looked old.  It reminded me of the fancy chairs and wood paneling you see at Old Spaghetti Factory restaurants.  Some neighborhood kids soon showed up to get some snacks, one of them saying they wanted freshly picked strawberries!  Now, I knew what I wanted...even though I never got it properly!

Found myself reading either a magazine or a television guide while watching various stuff on TV.  My sister sat on the bed next to me and I flipped the book to a spread of Dorothy's ruby slippers on auction.  So red and bumpy, like the strawberries, only in shoe form.  I started to vision deleted scenes or outtakes from "The Wizard of Oz" and they all appeared on the TV!  Hey, that'd be nice to wish for something you're thinking of and it comes on your television set!

Jump again to a whole other scene.  From the magazine I was reading, I found an article on the old Disney movie, "The Black Cauldron" airing on the Disney channel because of the Lord of the Rings movies being such a hit.  I was looking at Aig's awesome LotR/TMNT photos last night and now I know where this part came from!  One of the pictures was another spread of Leolas (heh) sitting on a horse and leaning over in the stirrup to talk to Raphil.  The forest surrounding them looked quiet, but had a red glare to it as if a battle was beginning to brew.

My sister and I all of a sudden are now sitting in a boat and watching a fierce battle unfold between our guys and some huge mythical creatures in a dilapidated dungeon tower.  They were going nuts, fighting in jumpy, quirky movements.  I soon heard audience members saying how it was impossible, or chuckling at the expressions on both the creatures and the Turtles!  One of the creatures was named Mr. Roboto, and I kept rooting for one of the guys to say that joke!  At least once, just once!  I wanted to hear it!  They never said it.  It was me or nobody!  At the end, our boat started to leave and I caught Leolas and Raphil staring down at us from a low bridge.  I turned and screamed out, "Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto!"  The two turtles looked puzzled but it was still worth it!

Jump to a brand new scene, I'm shopping with my sister and cousins Josh and Kat in various stores in an outdoor mall.  They're looking for toys for Tristan while I'm spying strawberry jewelry in rings, bracelets, and earrings all over the floor.  I picked up one earring but couldn't find its mate, so I grabbed a bracelet and held onto it.  I say strawberry jewelry because they were shaped like strawberries and had ruby stones all over them with one or two emerald stone for the stem!  The last thing I saw was the four of us walking around outside the mall with me holding a large container of strawberries.  As I ate them happily, the dream faded and I woke up.  Go figure that one!

Who, me?  I'm fine!  Put the thermometer down!
