I wish I knew how to help you-- or anyone for that matter-- to like themselves-- *love* themselves. We all get programmed by our early experiences y'know...and it's hard to shake that. Somewhere, way back when, you got the message that you were unloveable-- which is SUCH A HUGE LIE--- cuz you ask anyone who knows you-- right now -- right here and now-- and I bet they'll tell you how loveable and sweet and caring and all that stuff you are....
