Greetings tmux users,

I'd appreciate it very much if someone could help me configure, or point me to
documentation on how to configure, tmux to pass C-[0-9] through to a remote
tmux. My local configuration uses M-[0-9] for window switching, so I thought
that it might just work. I also have tried using sendkey in the local
tmux.conf, and yes I restarted the server, and that didn't help.

The problem seems deeper than this though, for if I run tmux only remotely the
keystrokes for window switching, C-[0-9], don't change to those windows, even
though `tmux lsk` shows they are configured.

I know that control+key does get passed through ssh, so what is going on here?

Please shed light on this for me.

Thanks in advance.
