It would be nice > to be able to do it somehow. is it possible to emulate this though? i see join-pane accepts "-s" and "-t" - is it not possible to, at the point of calling "break-pane", store these values for use with "-s" and "-t" and load them in using some script with a custom wrapper around "join-pane" to do what i am trying to? unfortunately i dont have enough tmux knowledge to know how best to go about this. apologies if i sound like a pain, but i am trying to explore all avenues. :) TIA!
