This has now been fixed.

NicM and I have spent a little while putting back in place the missing
pieces of SF's project conversion, so everything should now work as it used
to.

Note though that for _EXISTING_ users who will have cloned, you should
update your checkout so that the clone is pointing to the correct location:

cd /path/to/tmux/clone
git config --replace remote.origin.url git://git.code.sf.net/p/tmux/tmux-code
git fetch

Then everything should be as before.
