This isn't the issue, as the users are not trying to use my server as a
relay. For example I work at Cisco and for outgoing mail I use the
server "outbound.cisco.com", and when I send a mail to me or anyone at
my server it doesn't arrive.  I can also telnet to port 25 of my server
from various domains I have access to and get no connection.
