I've got a qmailrocks install, on RH enterprise 3.0.
First off, this is not the qmailrocks mailing list.. and I'm not sure sure how that install does things (you'd probably have better luck on that list). However, if qmail-smtpd can't read the clientcert.pem which is clearly there, then it probably does not have permissions. Does qmail-smtpd run as vpopmail:vchkpw, which is how your clientcert.pem is owned?
