I use vqadmin and it works!
It works, but it has a problem with quotas updates, changes are only made 
to
vpasswd, not ~vpopmail/domains/domain.com/user/Maildir/maildirsize file,
vlimits issue. See

and apply the patch for quotas management.

I dont have that problem with vqadmin2.3.5. Weird. Let me double check
