It's a duplicate call to free(). Could result in bad things happening.. ;) Although I never witnessed it, you should upgrade to the new toaster patch.
The changes are in a part of code that would only get executed if there was an error creating a new maildirsize file and then renaming it. The bad code has been in that patch and in vdelivermail for quite some time now.
I'd say that it isn't an urgent patch, as it's code that is almost never executed.
