Hi, Thanks to Bill's toaster, I have succeeded in setting qmail+vpopmail with mysql user auth.
I have no problem in sending email to users in the same domain. However, while sending to external users, the SMTP Authentication seems not working. My mail client always report SEND - WARNING: there were no compatible authentication mechanisms detected SEND - Message has not been sent. Server reply - sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1) Can anyone advise what's going on and how to debug it? FYI, the qmailctl stat shows every process are running fine.
