It was entirely my fault. I told my buddy to start _below_ where it lists
the required applications needing installed (openssl, stunnel, etc).
Now the whole ./configure --with-redhat did throw me...

Running gmake after this says:
gmake: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
As it should. If configure fails, there will not be a Makefile.
