Hi All, *Summary* ** 1. Conducted the session on Feb 1st 2007 at YASU Technologies 2. Arranged for Blood Sample Collection on 15th Feb 2007 (4pm - 6pm), at YASU Technologies. 3. 25 Members confirmed as of now.
*Detailed* We had a session on Thalessemia in YASU Technologies office on Feb 1st, Dr. Suman Jain gave the presentation. Prasanthi also attended the session from TMAD, there were about 30 people who attended the session. After a session we (vani and me) pinged everyone we could to get them confirmed for taking tests. We could get about 25 members who will be taking the test. And then talked to the Thalessemic society to find out a convenient time for taking the blood samples. We decided on 15th Feb from 4pm to have the samples collected. So if any of our members are also interested you can also turn up at our office for taking the test. Vani got a compliment from one of our colleagues saying that "she is good at convincing people" :). So I guess from now on if we have tough time convincing people then Vani would be useful as a brand ambassdor for Thalessemia Campaign :D. -- Chaitanya Chaitanya
