  Removed:     src/share/org/apache/tomcat/request SessionInterceptor.java
               src/share/org/apache/tomcat/session
                        StandardSessionInterceptor.java
  Log:
  Moved tomcat.session.StandardSessionInterceptor to
        tomcat.modules.session.SimpleSessionStore
  and tomcat.request.SessionInterceptor to
      tomcat.modules.session.SessionId
  
  ( is it better to have an Interceptor sufix ? )
  
  The original names were very confusing ( and bad ). Note that all 3.2
  fixes should be integrated in.
