No need to fight here, just wait if the CURRENT jtc developpers
have no problem using doxygen.
Note I launch some minutes ago, a quick poll about OS's used
by JTC developpers/users, just in case we have too choose also
others dev tools.
In my case, under Redhat Linux 6.2, I've got right now a RPM
of doxygen 1.2.8.1 ready (built without qt stuff).
Linux/Windows binary also available (http://www.doxygen.org)
