ISAPI redirector

I searched the archives for this list and found a few references to the
Visual Studio file that goes with the isapi_redirect.dll however I couldn't
find them anywhere.

Does anybody know how to get the source code for isapi_redirect.dll (the
workspace file or just the .c or .cpp files)?
