I can not Access a context from a JSP called trought Apache

Touche`... Right on the spot. That's why in the upcoming releases there 
won't be any notion of a "Host" in the Apache part of server.xml, you'll be 
able to configure your application once, and reuse it from several different 
virtualhosts configured in httpd.conf...
