Log:
Remove the test on PropertyEditor support because it cannot run under a
security manager without an unacceptably broad security setting in
catalina.policy (PropertyEditor requires read/write access to all system
properties). Now, you should be able to pass 100% of the tester either
under or not under a security manager.
