Sure it can ... by you, modifying the source code yourself and supporting
it yourself. I'm not going to help you, however, do something this crazy.
It's one thing when vendors lock you in with non-portable features. It's
a different, and much sadder thing, to see people willing to paint
themselves into a corner like this :-(.
