  Added:       jk/native2/include jk_config.h
  Log:
  Initial version of jk_config.
  
  This will act as a layer separating the jk components from the config
  details. It'll also abstract the config repository, allowing different
  plugins to use cooler things than properties.
  
  Note that one of the major goals is to allow writable properties -
  to support ajp14 and runtime config changes.
