This isn't fixed (or is broken again).in the ErrorReportValve.report(), the     
response.getReporter() is called, where from the                flushBuffer() is 
called, which commits the response,and then back in the ErrorReportValve.report(), the 
setContentType("text/html")on the commited response is ignored.Cheers,Juraj
