I think there are no remaining issues with the core API, the TC 4 adapter and the HTTP/1.1 protocol handler. The last issue that needed to be addressed was the incompatibility with the daemon and some small behavior differences with the old HTTP/1.1 connector.
I'd like to get this release out before releasing 4.0.4 Final which would include it. 4.1.x could try to stick to Coyote 1.0 for some time, also. I don't know about the status of the Java parts of JK 2 and the Tomcat 3 adapter. I didn't see big changes there, so I assume they're ok. Please let me know.
