I mucked with the CVS repository ( had no choice ) and fixed my CVS 
problems.

I moved the SSIServlet.java,v file ( which had no java source ) into /tmp.

This fixed the problems I had with core dumping when trying to check out 
old versions of jakarta-tomcat-4.0.

Now I'll work on combining the two SSI implementations together.
