This is a bug in 4.0.4 and 4.0.5 with HTTP 1.0 (e.g. from Apache SOAP 2.3). If 
the port is TLS and 6443 (for example), getServerPort returns 443. Likewise for 
standard non-TLS and 8080 (for example), getServerPort returns 80. This does 
not occur in Tomcat 4.0.3. Nor does it occur for HTTP 1.1.
