The installation ran smoothly. On Start Tomcat, the start window came up normally, followed by a rapid scrolling of verbiage, too fast to read. When I tried to test this first with http://localhost:8080. The index.html was will not run on either Netscape or IE. Also, a test program math.jsp would not run.
