Additionally, it fails accessibility checks. I will attach a redesigned index.jsp and associated stylesheet. It is based on the page included with Tomcat 4.1.18 and fixes all of the above, as well as bug #15879. I have checked that it looks good on modern browsers and degrades gracefully on older ones and text browsers.
